DFMEA Workflow

The Workflow Diagram given above gives an overview of the steps needed to complete in a DFMEA after creating a DFMEA. The workflow of DFMEA is based on the following steps,
Step 1 : Create the DFMEA.
Step 2 : Add System to the created DFMEA.
Step 3 : Add Sub System to the System in the created DFMEA.
Step 4 : Add Failure Modes to the created Sub System.
Step 5 : Add Failure Causes to the created Failure Modes.
Step 6 : Add Action Items to the created Failure Modes, which has the Action Recommended option as mandatory.
