While creating a FMEA, the creator can decide the confidentiality for it. There are two options in the Risk Manager plugin to control the confidentiality of the FMEA. These options can be set in the create screen of FMEA. The options present are,

  1. Confidential : If a FMEA's confidentiality is set to "Confidential'' then only the Process Owner, FMEA Coordinator, Users with Edit Permission, and participants of that particular FMEA can view that FMEA.
  2. Internal Use : If a FMEA's confidentiality is set to "Internal Use" then all the users will be able to view that FMEA.
