Publish FMEA

Step 1 : Select the Approved FMEA, which you need to Publish from the master list of FMEAs.

Step 2 : Open the FMEA and select the Settings icon and click on the Publish option.



The Publish FMEA Screen will appear.

Step 3 : In the Publish FMEA screen that appears, give the description and click on the Publish button.



The FMEA will be published with a pop-up confirming the successful publishing of the chosen FMEA.


The status of the selected FMEA will also be changed to Published.



Once a FMEA is Published, the FMEA can be copied. After Publishing an FMEA, the Actions icon corresponding to the particular FMEA will give the following options.

      • Create Change Request
      • Create Draft
      • Copy
      • Obsolete
      • View Previous Version
