To create any changes to a published FMEA, one needs to create a draft of that FMEA and make the required changes and publish it as a new version of the FMEA. To create a draft of a published FMEA user needs to create a Change Request and needs to get approval for the change request. Only after the change request is approved the user will be allowed to create draft of that published FMEA.
