PFMEA Workflow

The Workflow diagram given above gives an overview of the steps needed to complete in a PFMEA after creating a PFMEA. The workflow of PFMEA is based on the following steps,
Step 1 : Create the PFMEA.
Step 2 : Add Process to the created PFMEA.
Step 3 : Add Microprocess to the Process in the created PFMEA.
Step 4 : Add Failure Modes to the created Microprocess.
Step 5 : Add Failure Causes to the created Failure Modes.
Step 6 : Add Action Items to the created Failure Modes, which has the Action Recommended option as mandatory.
