Prerequisites to Import FMEA

Before Importing the CSV File make sure, all the conditions mentioned below are followed.

  • Process Name should be Mandatory in the CSV File to be imported.
  • If possible create the CSV file by downloading the sample CSV file from the Import section.
  • The below formats should be used for date and user picker fields

Date : MM/dd/yyyy
Example: 08/12/2022
Date Time : MM/dd/yyyy h:mm:ss a
Example: 08/12/2022 08:15:24 PM
Single User Picker : name
Example: admin
Multiple User Picker : username@@username
Example: admin@@admin1
Multiple Select : Option1@@option2
Example: Man@@Machine
