Request for Approval

Step 1 : Choose any required draft FMEA from the master list of FMEAs in order to create the Approval Request.
Step 2 : Open the respective draft FMEA and click on the Settings icon and select the Request for Approval option.

The Approval FMEA screen will appear.



Step 3 : In the Approval FMEA screen that appears, fill in all the details like Summary, Change Requests, Due Date, and Description and click on the Create button.


Approval Request will be created with a pop-up confirming the creation of the Request for Approval
.



The status of the FMEA will change from Draft to Pending for Approvals.
