Senior JAVA Developer

On your first day, we expect you to have:

  • Strong experience working with Java/J2EE in a professional environment.
  • Experience with Spring and Hibernate

HR Executive - IT Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Management
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

Senior Atlassian Administrators

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in Atlassian tools JIRA and Confluence
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira APIs for integration with other tools
  • Experience in writing Confluence User macros, designing templates, PDF stylesheets
  • The person should had created and setup end-to-end workflows for larger organizations, including workflow schemes.
  • The person should have experience Integrating Jira with external services using the Jira development platform.
  • Setup a Jira Atlassian portfolio setup from scratch Create Jira boards
  • Create cross-project dashboards Setup user access rights Working with IT, software and Agile delivery models in Jira
