The Risk Manager Home page is the page that appears on opening the Risk Manager plugin. The Roles involved in the Risk Manager plugin are,

  • Administrators - Administrators are the ones who can control the entire plugin and configure all the setups to create FMEAs.
  • FMEA Coordinators - FMEA Coordinators are responsible for coordinating and controlling the FMEAs.
  • Control Plan Coordinators - Control Plan Coordinators are responsible for coordinating and controlling the Control Plan.
  • Process Owners - Process Owners are responsible for maintaining the Particular FMEA for which they are assigned as the Process Owner.
  • Normal Users - Normal Users can work on FMEAs and Control Plans without having any admin privileges.


The Home page will display the options to the Admins, Coordinators and Users according to their roles.

  • In the Home page, the header section will have the Risk Manager tab.
  • On clicking the Risk Manager tab, the Main page with Menus will appear based on the role of the user.
