Step 1 : Choose any required draft FMEA from the Master List of FMEAs in order to create the Change Request.


Step 2 : Click on the Actions icon corresponding to that particular FMEA and select the Create Change Request option.

Open the respective draft FMEA and click on the Settings icon and select the Create Change Request option.



Step 3 : In the Create Change Request screen that appears, fill in all the details and click on the Create button.

The Change Request will be created with a pop-up confirming the creation of a new Change Request.
