Notifications
Notifications are used to trigger emails while creating any action in FMEA. Notifications to trigger these emails can be configured in the Settings Section.
Creating Notifications
Step 1 : Go to Configuration Section.
Step 2 : Select Settings. Now in the Choose section, choose the Notifications option. The Notifications Screen will appear.
Step 3 : Click on the Create button.
The Create Notification screen will appear.
Step 4 : In the Create Notification screen that appears, fill in all the details and click on the Submit button. The Notification will be created.
Step 5 : Now select the created Notification and select the Actions icon present near to the corresponding event required and click on the Add Notification option.
Step 7 : On clicking the Add notification option, the Add Notification screen will appear. Fill in all the details in this screen including Recipients to whom this email notification has to be sent. After filling all the details, click on the save button.
The Notification with the recipient and mail details will be added.
While adding the Notification details, the following keys can be used to create emails.

Edit Notifications
Step 1 : Go to Configuration Section.
Step 2 : Select Settings. Now in the Choose section choose the Notifications option. The Notifications Screen will appear.
Step 3 : Now select the Notification that has to be edited.
Step 4 : In the Notification screen that appears. Click on the Settings icon and select the Edit option.
Step 5 : In the Edit screen that appears make the required changes and click on the Submit button.
The selected Notification will be edited.
Delete Notifications
Step 1 : Go to Configuration Section.
Step 2 : Select Settings. Now in the Choose section choose the Notifications option. The Notifications Screen will appear.
Step 3 : Now select any created Notification.
Step 4 : In the Notification screen that appears. Click on the Settings icon and select the Delete option.
Step 5 : In the Delete screen that appears click on the Delete button.
The selected Notification will be removed.
