AP

AP is Action Priority. It is a rating method, which provides priority levels based on Severity, Occurrence, and Detection. Action Priority configured in the configuration section will be used while adding Action Items in FMEAs.

AP- Main Page

  • The AP main page will appear on choosing the AP option from the choose field in the settings section.
  • The AP screen will have a Create button, List of APs created.
  • The settings icon present in the AP screen will have the following options: Edit, Import Data and Delete.




Create AP

To create AP, follow the steps given below:
Step 1 : Go to the Configurations section and select the Settings tab.
Step 2 : In the choose dropdown field select AP.


Step 3 : In the AP screen that appears, click on the Create button.


Step 4 : In the Create screen that appears, fill in all the details and click on the Submit button. The AP will be created.


Step 5 : In the created AP, you can add the AP Values by clicking on the Add icon above the table.




Edit AP


To Edit AP follow the steps given below,
Step 1 : Go to the Configurations section and select the Settings tab.
Step 2 : In the choose dropdown field select AP.
Step 3 : Select the AP you need to edit.
Step 4 : Click on the settings icon and select the Edit option.


Step 5 : In the Edit screen that appears, make the required changes and click on the Submit button. The AP will be updated.



Delete AP

To delete AP follow the steps given below,
Step 1 : Go to the Configurations section and select the Settings tab.
Step 2 : In the choose dropdown field select AP.
Step 3 : Select the AP you need to delete.
Step 4 : Click on the settings icon and select the delete option.

Step 5 : In the delete screen that appears click on the delete button.

The selected AP will be removed.


Import Data to AP


To import AP, follow the steps below:
Step 1 : Go to the Configurations and select the Settings tab.
Step 2 : In the Choose field select AP.
Step 3 : Select the AP in which you want to import data.
Step 4 : Click on the Settings icon and select the Import Data option.


Step 5 : In the Import Screen that appears upload a CSV file in which you have the data to import and click on the Next button.


Step 6 : The next screen that appears is the field mapping stage, where the respective CSV fields can be mapped with the Action Priority fields. After mapping the fields, click on the Next button.


Step 7 : Next stage will be the result stage which will show the Import Summary. The Import Summary can be exported by clicking on the Export option present.


After checking the Import Summary, click on the Done button. The AP will be imported.



Export AP data

The data from an AP table can be exported. To Export data from an AP table follow the steps below.
Step 1 : Go to the Configurations section and select the Settings tab.
Step 2 : In the choose dropdown field select AP.
Step 3 : Select the AP you need to export data.
Step 4 : In AP table, click on the Export icon present and select Export as CSV option. The File will be exported.
